GLOSSARY

*EFD -
Expected Finish Date - This is the expected finish date that the technician think they will finish your ticket by. 

*AFD - Actual Finish Date - This is the actual date in which the ticket or the issue that you have will be resolved by.

*TAKEN BY - This is the name of the technician who took a particular ticket.

* Delay Comment - If there are any delays in a particular ticket, the technician will state under this column the cause of the delay.
